How to find your dream home

Let us work together to be as efficient as possible in your search for a new home. First, when you see a house that interests you, please send us a note with a set of questions that you would like us to answer regarding the property.  It is also very helpful if you list the things that are most important to you in your search.  Please describe what are the things you "must have" and then a separate list of the things that are nice to have.  For example, if you need a home with at least two bathrooms, that is a "must-have."  If you would like a home with a swimming pool, but it is not something you must have, then that would be a "nice to have."  The more detailed you can be in terms of what is most important and what is more a luxury, it will help us narrow down your search and not waste time showing you properties that do not fit your needs.  

Please especially be very clear on what location works for you and what location is no good.  We do not want to waste time sending you to a location that does not suit your needs. 

Going through this process of determining the attributes that are most important to you, and others that are somewhat important will help us narrow down your search and save everybody time.   We look forward to working with you on this process.
